Ever wonder what's in a mushroom?
Calcium. Mushrooms are a great source of calcium ( fresh not canned) and as I am sure you ladies know... the older we get the more calcium we need.
Just a fun little fact. |

| If anybody is curious with what they eat, you can go here http://www.nutritiondata.com/ and type in any food and it will give you a nutritional label readout of anything you wanted to know and then some. They even have a "pantry" option to where you can list the ingredients of what you're cooking and it will make a nutritional data label for you. It was helpful to use when a friend and I were making our own organic vegan version of "cliff bars". |

We made a few go arounds. My favorite as to date was one were we had prunes, apricot, peanut butter....then we tried an apple, banana, flax seed one....we had a few where the consistency was not so good, and they were dry and flacky...let me dig around and try to remember which one was the better combination. I did these last summer/fall time. But we got pretty close to the calorie/carb intake.
But i gotta warn you...dont get bored and hungry and eat alot...and then NOT go riding...theres quite a bit of fiber in them. Keeps you consistant though!
