Yeah I'll be out for the rides before long. Where is the meeting place for it???
I put in 2 hours tonight on it and WOW is it fun and easy compared to mountain biking. I rode all around Iroquois and had a pretty good time. |

| Nice ride. Just make sure you are wearing a T-shirt or a KYMBA jersey or you just might NOT be a redneck. |

I'll agree with fun but I wouldn't call it easy. Different yes but easy...... I don't know? Just wait till you ride with some real roadies and they throw you out like yesterdays garbage. Humbling... very humbling. It will make you want to invite them out on the trial and leave them in the woods. lol
I guess mountain biking is more anaerobic which is hard on the system. Whereas road requires brut pedaling force to propel yourself forward through the wind. That's not easy to do at high speeds for a sustained amount of time.
Seriously..... props to the guys that are good at both. Perhaps your one of them Rico but I'm not.
Oh ya..... congrats on your new bike! |

| I say easy for me as I've got no time in nor have I done a 50 or 100 miler which I know will NOT be easy. But comparing a 2 hour MTB ride to a 2 hour road ride it was night and day difference. It's also much easier on the ole body, my back never bothered me the entire time. |
