Please post conditions of cherokee if ridden this morning or early afternoon. I'm sure it's perfect and will be even with lots of rain. I plan on riding after work this evening.
Thanks |

Oh yeah almost forgot, there is a tree down on the trail that runs along the golf course. |

| Just got by from Cherokee. The trails were still bone dry. Hard fast rains do not affect Cherokee since it's so hard packed it just runs off. Only Isolated storms this week which won't affect the trails. Should be ideal race day. |

Ditto on the trails bein in great shape! Today was my first experience with a large tree fallin across the trail... while I was there to witness it... on the Seneca Golf course loop opposite side from Wilderness Loop.... pretty cool, especially since I had already gotten through it's landing area! Most of it is out of the way thanks to some help from Rusty and a couple other guys, but keep an eye out for it as you go around the turn there. |

Thanks everyone. The trails were fantastic. Yes, still dusty.
It will have to rain at least 2 inches this week to hinder the race. I don't see that happening. |

They are too dry if anything.
It would take a major rain to mud the trails right now.
The park was packed up tonight. I hit the WT and didn't see anyone so I hung there for three laps and then went back into Cherokee and encountered multiple zergs. :-D
It was fun to have the WT all to myself for a few. |
