Posted By russell g on 08/10/2008 6:22 PM Just settling in after another great race thanks to all the folks at the MtnBikeDepot. I will post the final results to the site as soon as I get them from HeadfirstTiming. Hope everybody had fun out there. I know I did. SWAG was very nice, I think most everybody got some fine merchandise. Good turnout and great to see some familiar faces out there with a number plate. Over 100 racers turned out to support the cause, enjoy some complimentary food from the grill as well as all the redbull, gatorade, bottled water, fresh fruit and all the fixins' Pro photographer Tom Moran was there to catch the action, I will post a link to his site soon.
Rusty, My plate number was 80, in Beginner Men 30-39. The scoring shows me only finishing one lap and I did finish two (I swear). Also they spelled my name wrong (Freibert) Thanks,

Dang. Just looked at the results, Andrew Dillman rocked the sport class. What is he, like 14 or 15 now? Lookout. |

that's because they only do important races like the Coors Classic. David's mom runs a modeling agency in St. Louis and Marcus is a Dr. in Madison, WI. They both ride for Shaver Sport though so if you see a guy in a blue Shaver sport kit with a rubber helmet, or no helmet at all it is probably David. Is there a black kid around there named Randolph riding bikes? He may have taken up bowling but I was just wondering what sport he chose to pursue.
If you really don't understand what I'm talking about you'll have to refer to the movie American Flyers |

what? Costner had to have a stunt rider? NOOOOOO! Don't tell me anymore, I was thinking Costner really could train for a few days and go be in the running for the overall in a 3 day stage race, that is of course, until his ears started bleeding. btw, that is kind of awesome that you know the guy who rode for costner. At least David did all his own riding. Right! |

"St. Louis boys are fast cuz they want to beat the Pirtles into the ground " yeah, he got me into racing and now my main goal is to beat him, straight up. on the way to muscatatuck he was running his mouth the whole way, telling me he was going to beat me by 8 minutes. i was pretty happy he only beat me by 5. as pathetic as that is. |

| You gotta check out the pics on the KPS site that Sean Moore's wife added. Namely the sequence of JT making fun of Joe for walking his bike over the hump. |
