I was riding Veterans Park this afternoon and noticed alot of frisbee golfers on the trails. No big deal. I've been hit by those discs before. On one section though I learned that there was a tournament going on. I apologized for "being in the way" and hit a different section and ran across some others and that's when it started...the attitdues.
Being the gentle giant I am, I excused myself and quickly scurried out of the way but I could feel razor sharp glares and comments piercing my back as I rode off.
Needless to say I cut my ride short. Did I do the right thing? Did I do TOO MUCH by leaving or should I have stayed and rode trying to stay out of the way as best I could? |

| I always carry a loaded .45 semi-auto just in case of such an event. |

| Do you know frolfers have "special" shoes? and special would mean both unique to the activity and short bus. even though frolf is the activity equivalent of a phish concert (long, annoying and wreaking of patchouli) i would say you did the right thing, i hate when people venture onto the trail during an mtb race. |

Next time you should just mount a basket on the back of your bike.
