Well if you have not heard Louisville is losing a treasured and valued member of the Mountain Bike Community. Mr. John Hughson aka Curtlo, is packing up his Orbea and heading to New York today. Curtlo we'll miss ya. Curtlo's departure left a void in the Cycler's Cafe/Humana team. Our team needed someone to fill his shoes. We needed a fast rider that was very much a hipster doofus. An oddball dorkus with a skewed vision. Someone to laugh with and at. But who....... . . . . . .. . .. . .. . . . . . .. . .. . . .
. . . . BINGO ! Say hello to our little friend! Nick B> is in our house.

I'll miss John Hughson and so will the frisbees of cherokee park.
The big question is, now that I'm gone and John is gone, who will
anthony go on man-dates with?
As far as Nick goes, his aliases (or however you pluralize that word) include Yeti (not because he rides one, but because he is super hair and walks like bigfoot did in that one piece of footage that everyone has seen. I think he is the one that put on the ape suit for that prank.), he has also been called fruitbat (I think that was because he knocked his 4 front teeth out on a bmx bike), manchild (again cause he is a hairy italian) and Barberf*ck.

| I hate to see Johnny H. turn yankee but I guess you gotta do what ya gotta do. Nick bar-bell is a good dude, scares me at times but overall a good dude and I wish him well on the new team. He will make the seafoam team harry and scary for the 08 season. Do me a favor and buy him some shoes that ain't buddies.... GIT R DUN |

Believe you me, there will be plenty of occasions to laugh AT me in the future. But I'll be a good sport about it. I hate to see Johnny H. go as well. He'll be a super hard act to follow. Thanks for the kind words Ricola. But whats the deal with the shoes??? You're telling me you don't like gold shoes? BLING, BLING!!! |

| I remember chatting with Hughson at Turkey Buster......or Turkey Bust. We was standing around the bonfire with our bikes. Warming the bikes up so the large quantities of ice would melt. Paul Rose was standing around the fire telling some story that no one could follow. I think he had been dipping into the moonshine that he brings with him to every race. Oh yeah! My dad had some velcro closure shoes back in the 80's |

| I get my discounted epo at the perscription drug salvage store. Just cuz it's expired/dented doesnt mean it's no good. |
