Hey Everyone,
Over the past few weeks we have seen a lot of back-and-forth about the current state of KYMBA as well as questions about current strategic initiatives. This is the time to come together and catch up on what has been happening as well as step up and accept assignments to help the organization move forward. I am asking everyone who wants to attend, either in person or via conf. call, please send me a PM on here with your email address so that I can get you the info for the meeting. The meeting will be held in downtown Louisville, I can't give an address yet until I get a better idea of how many people we need to accomodate in the room. Several days prior to the meeting we will get everyone an agenda so we can keep the conversation on track. Plan on leaving with assignments and marching orders to assist taking KYMBA to the next level.

so what's the deal with the meeting. will it just be the two of you or what. why get a meeting room, why not just go some where that has a big room. i'm interested in the meeting so give up some info.

If you want to come all you have to do is pm me your email address. There are about 15 people signed up so far.
The reason for the meeting room is to make this an actual working session so we can define goals, strategic initiatives, assign work items, etc. Everyone is free to hit a bar or something afterward but we just need to decide what needs to happen and assign that to people to ensure it gets done.
Would be glad to see you there.

| Pat, Thanks for taking the lead on this. It sounds like you know what you want to get accomplished...are you planning on putting an agenda together? If so, can you post prior to the meeting? How long do you envision the meeting lasting? |
