| The movie rocks! Must see. May be better than the Batman Begins which I loved. Make sure you wait till after the credits for a sneak peek of the sequel. |

| I dunno if the part two would necessarily be along the lines of "Iron Man 2"... How good is your Marvelology, Fireball? |

Tony Stark aka Iron Man aka Robert Downey Jr. will make a cameo appearance in the new Incredible Hulk movie (which I understand will be much better than the first one which was horrid). Then, you will likely see a movie showcasing many super heros of Marvel background call The Avengers (Check Wikipedia for that one). The one character they are missing is Captain America. That movie was shelved many times, but may come out in 2009.
What the latest crop of super hero movies is trying to accomplish is the true suspension of disbelief which is the opposite of jumping the shark. Iron Man had elements that were obviously comic book reality rather than true reality, but they all worked really well and didn't have that cheesy factor that many of the same genre have. |

Whatever! I thought this was a MOUNTAIN BIKE FORUM! You're wasting my time with these non-related pointless posts. Can't you guys just email each other or something? This is just like someone starting a political thread or so I hear. SHEEEESH! At least RICO has an excuse. Can someone put an IGNORE THIS POST feature on this site?

Just saw the movie last night. I think it's a great adaptation. The screenwriters made a mundane superhero (my opinion) into a character with great depth and personallity. The banter between all the characters was great. Jon Favreu's comic style made the movie fun. I was hoping they'd make some "Swingers" references when they were Vegas. Did anyone else notice the "Tucker" movie poster in the movie? |

Anyone remember Thor in "Adventures in Babysitting"? MMmmm - Elizabeth Shue -- I wish she could have been my babysitter. Actually, an interesting point about that movie. I worked at the Oxmoor movie theatres when this movie was out. "Full Metal Jacket" was also playing at that time. One of the guys I worked with noticed that Thor and 'Gomer Pyle' were played by Vincent D'Onofrio, now of 'Law & Order' fame. There ... even MORE off topic. |

| I watched this movie yesterday and it was great. It was a lot better than a lot of movies that I have watched lately. Also I've read good things in the New York Times about the new Hulk movie. The article quoted someone within Marvel, I believe, and he said Iron Man was better, but the new Hulk was going to be a lot better than the old one. |
