What's the #1 threat to our security?
And be specific boys. Try to answer without politics.
Here's my guess; a suitcase nuke detonated in Manhattan. That little trick stops the world economy. And the resultant security would forever change our way of life here.
What's the old saw about how to smuggle a nuclear device into america?
Put it inside a bale of cocaine.
Keeping track of materials is extremely problematic. First thing, I'd make sure that all ports, and airports have radiation scanners, and that all cargo was scanned.
No good answer. I hope that we're working on better ones.
That's my current #1. |

(Political...I can't help it) Obama being our next president...and not because he's a democrat...but mainly because of his lack of experience. I don't think he has a clue...and it would take so long for him to wrap his head around the big picture of our countries security and be brought up to speed. Not to mention his foreign policy of making nice with every country, including the dictatorships. He still tries to deny the fact that he stated he would be willing to meet separately, without precondition, during the first year of his presidency with the leaders of Iran (Ahmadinejad), Syria, Venezuela, Cuba and North Korea. Stating that the current Policy just isn't working...has he recently heard about North Korea standing down and agreeing to inspections and such (in your face!)...sounds like it works to me. It seems he cares more about America being liked than America's actual security. He doesn't agree with the war...and although there was faulty intel and lack of planning in regards to an exit strategy (blah, blah, blah)...it has seemed TO take the fight to the terrorists (or their region). There has not been a terrorist attack on American soil since 9/11, and that's not due to lack of effort. Would that be the case if we were not in Iraq...maybe...maybe not? But I will fear an attack on American soil with in the first year Obama's presidency, if elected. |

Don't worry, Wallace. Palin will take care of Russia. I heard she house sits for Putin occasionally when he's away on official business. Someone's got to feed the dogs.

McCain definitely has the upper hand when it comes to these issues, but to say an Obama presidency would be a threat to national security is a bit of a stretch.

| Economic terrorism of some sort...only because it was discussed as a possible cause for the drastic dive by the market recently. Did you see the terror that that evoked. That IS what the intent was for the WTC bombing in 1993 (unsuccessful) and again in 2001 (successful)...financial chaos. And we can see from the most recent market dive that it has an even greater global effect. If people could cause this on an even larger scale for a longer period of time, it would be devestating. It wouldn't take lives like a bombing, but it would hit the heart of our great country (economic prosperity) and leave a longer lasting effect. Hitting the refineries would cause a similar effect...chaos. |

First off George Bush has in fact kept us safe since 9-11.
Second Obama has too many ties with radical (terrorist included) people. To me that is a national security risk. Also sitting down with our enemy's isn't the brightest of ideas, although it sounds good.
So if we have another 9-11 type of attack what can you see Obama doing?
I see this ...
"I condem these attacks and all forms of terrorism"
"We will open all lines of communication with FILL IN THE BLANK to find all the facts and find out why we provoked these attacks ."
"We are in times were we can not afford to respond to these attacks, because we don't want to make anyone mad at our country, that I love so much"
Give me a break, take the socks off your eyes and out of your ears.
Keep up the good fight Johnny.

Mabey Obama may keep company with thugs like Putin, but not Palin.
Why do you fear her so much?
Is it you don't want to vote for someone who look like the girls that said "no thanks" to you?
Or are you afraid she will go on a moose hunt in your neck of the woods?
But really our biggest threat is Russia.
They are the only country with the military and the balls to take us on.
We all know that Putin is in power still.
I kind of miss our hate-hate relationship.

"My fellow Americans, our country has been attacked by terriorists from Dubai. We must respond to this unprovoked attack of american citizens.
As such, I have ordered the immeadiate deployment of us forces to Venezuela."
(You guys are a real piece of work )
