| Well, cherokee is not ridable. Otter always seems to be bad after a big storm. Will there be a race? |

Gentle,Awful and myself rode Otter in the eye of the storm. It looked like King Kong coming through the woods. Besides from lots of little branches there were only a few chainsaw worthy trees down. Word on the streets everything should be fine for the race. The park as a whole suffered alot of downed trees but the trails dodged most of the damage. With the adventure race on Sat. and Otter Madness on Sunday the park should be good to go. |

| Just got back. I did more tree removel than riding, then a stick took my derailer hanger out (bummer). Lost a topek tool bag off my seat Sunday if any one finds it. Lots of big trees down, lots of sticks in the trail. I plan on going up Sat. morning to help clear trails. |

| Jim, because I am a park worker and a Certified Arborist, I will be working 10 to 12 hours a day this week clearing the parkways. If I don't collapse by Friday, I will try to speak to the appropriate parties to get permission to use a chain saw in Otter and will join you on Saturday. |
