Finally back on the bike after a week of feeling like crap. Rode about an hour in the park with WebGirl and felt terrific. We just worked on some paceline skills and had a blast. Saw a few team mates in there and got caught up on yesterday's race. I'm glad I didn't completely go to pot in a week.

This is killing me. Today is the Lexington Crit and my entire team is out there racing. Everyone except for me. After last weeks Mt. Victory race I didn't really recover well on Sunday and felt downright sick by Monday. A quick trip to the Doc-in-a-Box and I found out I had a bacetrial infection, got some good meds and was grounded from the bike for 10 days. It's especially frustrating because working hard to get back on form for Mt. Vic I really hoped to grab some point in this one and move up in the series. The fact that the weather is terrific just makes it all worse.

I just uploaded the newest code for the blogs on BikeClicks. It has some cool new features and will give us some more control over the look and feel of things. This will be especially important as we start to move to the new design of the site. It also supports some new features like trackbacks and other smaller improvements.

I've added a chat room to the site. It has several rooms for each group. In addition to the main chat, you can also have private chats, setup an avatar, etc.

Time for a new look. OK, it's only been a couple of months with the "old" look but we threw the current look together pretty quickly in order to get something up to help out our friends a KyMBA but had always been planning a nice, clean, organized look that helped members connect with each other, and use more features than just the forum, photos and classifieds.
So, we've been busy working on a redesign that will help members get connected and support some of the new functionality we're launching in the coming weeks. We'll be implementing the new design, along with new navigation and organization over coming weeks. Here is a sneak peak of what's to come:

It's been fast and furious around here with the relaunch of BikeClicks.com. We're thrilled to have KyMBA provide us the kick in the butt to get things moving.
