Cherokee/Seneca Sunday 6/28...

Taking off at the Tennis courts about 11a tomorrow for about 90 mins of riding in the parks for anyone that wants to join...moderate pace.

Keep in mind they have a big road bike race going on this weekend. Here is the schedule: http://www.usacycling.org/events/20...dSched.pdf Normally, there is no issue with mountain biking while the race is going on, but it might be hard to park at, say, Big Rock or other places in Cherokee. I have no idea about WL trailhead or near Seneca tennis courts.

The same thing happened to me last year...I just had to watch where I cross the roads as to not get in the way... I park at Seneca Loop, which wasn't a problem last year...thanks for the heads up Chuck and congrats on the weight loss... Did Angela whip you into shape? I see her training folks up at the Y from time to time...
