Hey folks,

Starting January 5th on Mondays, we will be teaching a few different mechanic and skills classes.  These will be made by appointment, and class sizes will be limited to 4 people.  We will also have some other lectures coming throughout the winter, including bike fit, nutrition, clothing, and some training information.  We look to offer the best source of information and education, and more details will come for those lectures.

· Women’s Only Class—This is a class designed for the women that want to get the basic skills necessary to get out of a jam out on the road or trail.

· Basic Tune Up Class—This is for the folks that have the very basics down, but want to know how to do more.  This class will get you through a basic tune-up and most adjustments.

· Race Day Class—This is the class for all of the racers out there, who want to know what to bring to races, what kind of preparation is needed for the bike, and how to properly deal with race day problems.

· All classes will be taught by Aaron Hawkins, a UBI Certified Mechanic, DT Swiss Certified Wheelbuilder, and Suspension Tech.  Additional information can be obtained by email or phone.  Private classes are available as well.

The cost is $25 for the Basic or Women's Only Class, which is an hour and some change.
The cost is $50 for the Tune-Up class, which is around two and a half hours.
The Race Day is $25 and is about an hour depending on class interest.

Thanks, and please direct all questions to mountainbikedepot@gmail, or call The Mountain Bike Depot at 502-423-0508.

Thanks
